Ingredients
  • 2nos. Maska bun / Pav
  • 2tbsp Chunky Sweet Tamarind Chicken Spread
  • 1tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1tbsp Chopped CorianderUse freshly chopped leaves
  • 1tbsp Salted butted
Instructions
  1. Slice the Maska bun / Pav in to two and spread the softened butter.
  2. Place the buns on to a pan and brown them if you like them crisp.
  3. In a bowl, add Chunky Sweet tamarind Chicken Spread , chopped onions, coriander leaves and squeeze in some lemon. Mix well.
  4. Spread the yummy mix evenly on the pav.
  5. Cover with the other half and enjoy!
