Ingredients
Meatballs
  • 1/2kg Licious Goat Mince
  • 1pc Egg
  • 2tbsp garlic cloves(finely minced)
  • 2tbsp Italian Herb Mix
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil
Sauce
  • 400gms Readymade Pasta Sauce(we recommend Arabiatta)
  • 1tbsp Tomato Puree
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix the Licious Goat Mince, Garlic Cloves, Italian Herb Mix and Salt
  2. Break the egg and incorporate it into the meatball mix, ensuring that all ingredients are mixed evenly
  3. With a wet hand, form circular balls in your hand out of the meatball mix. Don’t make them too large or they’ll risk breaking apart when frying
  4. In a large heavy-bottomed pot, heat the Cooking Oil and fry the prepared meatballs for about 10 minutes, regularly turning over until they’re evenly browned
  5. Add the Readymade Pasta Sauce and Tomato Puree into the pan and gently stir, taking care not to break the meatballs
  6. Bring to the boil until the sauce starts bubbling, then simmer for 10 minutes on low heat
  7. Take off the pot off the heat and let sit for a while before serving
  8. Serve with spaghetti and garnish with grated cheese
