  • 1pack Licious Purani Dilli ki Mutton Seekh Kebab
Instructions
Prep:
  1. Remove the Purani Dilli ki Mutton Seekh Kebab from the package and place it on a plate.
Frying Pan On The Hob (Cooking time: 7 – 9 minutes)
  1. Heat a teaspoon of oil or ghee in a non-stick frying pan over a medium flame.
  2. Spread out the kebabs on the surface of the pan and let them sear on all sides.
  3. Flip the kebabs occasionally till golden brown all over.
Oven Method (Cooking time: 6 – 7 minutes)
  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  2. Spread out the kebabs on a lightly greased baking tray and place it in the oven.
  3. After 2-3 minutes, flip the kebabs and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
Serving Suggestion:
  1. Serve hot with lemon wedges, onion rings, and our Spicy Pudina Chatni.
