Ingredients
  • 1/2 lemon Lemon Juice
  • 450 gms Minced Lamb / Keema
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • fresh coriander (washed and chopped)
  • 4 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 4 Green Chilies (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp black peppercorns (crushed)
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tsp Grated ginger
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, add the minced lamb and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
  2. In a mixer, blend oil, garlic, ginger, chillies, crushed peppercorns, cumin, coriander powder, lemon juice, turmeric powder and salt to a paste.
  3. Transfer this paste to the mixing bowl with the lamb and mix well.
  4. Grease your hands and skewer the meat into long sausage shapes and press gently. Alternatively you can also form small patties.
  5. Brush each kebab with a little oil and grill for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
  6. Serve with chopped onions and chutney.
