  • 1 pack Licious Chicken Soup Bones (Masala)
  • 2 litres Water

Pre-cooking prep:
  1. Take the chicken bone base out of the pack.
On the hob method:
  1. Place a large saucepan over a medium flame.
  2. Add 1 pack (500 grams) of Licious chicken bone base and cover it with 2 litres of water.
  3. Boil the bones in water for 45 minutes.
Time:
  1. At least 45 minutes. The longer you simmer this mixture, the deeper the flavour.
Post-cooking method:
  1. Once ready, strain the broth and allow it to cool a bit before drinking.
