Instructions
Prep:
  1. Remove the Chicken Cutlet (Bengali Style) from the package and place it on a plate.
Pan-fry On The Hob (Time: 8-10 minutes)
  1. Heat three tablepoons of oil in a non-stick frying pan.
  2. Spread out the cutlets on the surface of the pan and let them sear on both sides, flipping occasionally, until they’re golden brown.
Baking in an Oven (Time: 8 – 10 minutes)
  1. Preheat your oven to 180℃ or Gas Mark 4. While it’s heating, heat a teaspoon of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Spread out the cutlets on the surface of the pan and let them sear on both sides for half a minute each.
  2. Once seared, transfer the cutlets onto a baking tray. Place it in the oven to cook for 8-10 minutes.
Grill Method (Time: 5 – 7 minutes)
  1. Light up your barbecue grill. Place the cutlets on the hot grills and let them brown on both sides, flipping them occasionally. As is the case with most grilled meats, it will turn out slightly drier than the hob method.
Serving Suggestions:
  1. Let the Chicken Cutlets rest for a few minutes once cooked.
  2. Serve with fresh coriander chutney and pungent traditional kasundi. Add a twist by wrapping it in a paratha or chapati to make a roll or simply sandwich it in a soft bun.
